I do a lot of P90x and Nike plus trainer App. So it is high calisthenics 4-5 days a week for about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes a day. I am having all kinds of trouble losing weight. I am in the military and I train personnel who have problems with passing their Physical training tests. I can work circles around a lot of them, but they call me fatletic because I am a bit chunky but put them to shame. Any tips would be nice, thanks!!
