Ok, so after deluding myself for months I've finally come to the realization that I've got a full blown eating disorder. It's not one of the big ones, I think technically it's an EDNOS, some combination of a binge eating disorder and anorexia. I tend to swing wildly between the two and to say the least it's wreaking havoc on my body and my health. It absolutely must stop but I really don't know how to fix it. I don't have the option to attend any kind of therapy (if I did I'd already be in therapy for my multitude of
other
mental disorders). I suppose I'll just watch how I eat very carefully. I'll stop keeping junky food in my house and start watching calories and keeping it in the 1000-1300 range. I'll go grocery shopping and stock up on "safe" foods today. I'll start dong more yoga, it helps me feel better about myself. Maybe I can kick this thing.

Ugh, I completely destroyed my diet over the last few days. I even worked out yesterday and I still put on a bunch of weight. It's probably a lot of water weight as well, I definitely did not get enough water. Today is a new day, my spell last night will give me the strength and will to lose this weight. I'm starting off my day healthy with a banana.
