Another, long and busy day at work. Everyone's wanting beauitfied before Thanksgiving. The whole family is home the entire week, and I am so happy about that. A little worried though, but, I do have a plan for staying on track over the holiday! Smaller meal, smaller portions, less left overs and only one dessert! Praise God in all of his glory!

I think it is best for me to just drop the walking and stick to strictly weight training at this point. My hips are just not going to cooperate. I can't hardly walk for the pain after a work out. It really sucks too because I enjoy walking. But, I am on my feet all day at work, and when my hips are hurting it makes for a pretty miserable day.

I can't understand why my body does this. I will lose a pound or two one week, and then go another 2-3 more weeks before losing another pound or two. I sure hope this isn't another stall. So far, haven't went down anymore this last week.
