Living and working in Grand Cayman. Training for an Ironman Triathlon . Started a process April 1 2012 weighing 237 pounds. Down to 192.8 this morning and would like to get to about 170. When i started this process I gave myself 3 years to reach my objectives. Slow and patient is the winner of the race. Well as of May 2015 moved back to Canada…. Have hit my goal of Weight….This is a BIG triathlon season!

I have not used the FS tracking…I suspect they are similar. It tracks Nutrients Calories Carbs Protein Exercise.

Your POST is sooooo true! I use Cron o Meter. I find that using Cronometer teaches me that each choice I make has a NUTRITION QUOTIENT. Each thing I put in my mouth must have the highest nutrition content possible or I simply do not make the choice.

While I agree with the above statement I also see deep ignorance in it. Our taste buds are bombarded with SALT SWEET & FAT-- our taste buds need to be retrained as to what delicious is. Yesterday I had a cup of boiled lentils(no salt),,,some Tuna, Sweet Onions , Cherry Tomatos, and Greek Olives….It was amazingly delicious.
