All in all I had a good last week. Starting working out. That makes me feel really good, now I just have to get the food intake right. I need to have the will power to stay not to the junk food. UGH! That is hard for me. How do I satisfy the sweet cravings? Help!

Happy Friday. 6 am work out this morning and I am feeling GREAT!!! Everyone have a great Friday and weekend.

Sore today from my first workout yesterday. I did want to get up and do some cardio, but my body would not let me. So I will try and get some in tonight after work. It is a good soreness, but still aching. Tomorrow will be my second time at the gym.

6am work out class today!! I feel sore, but I also feel great! Weight loss her I come.....

Stated at a gym today. This is there scale weight, so I decided to start my weight at this point. Hoping that this time next week the numbers have come down.
