I ran! After feeling kind of crappy the past week due to the curse of being a women. I ran. Woohoo! It was easier than I thought it would be. Hard and breathtaking, but "easy" at the same time. I ran for a full 7 minutes. That is a lot I think for not having done it in nearly 4 years. The rest of the time I walked for a total of about 40 minutes. Then did the weight machines.

The only thing that I am a bit worried about is this "starvation mode" thing I keep coming across in reading. I have not been at all hungry and therefore have not been eating very much at all. I do not want to gain back any of the 7Ibs I've lost. That would SUCK! Lol. I just realized 7 minutes, 7ibs that i've lost so far. Coincidence? ;)

Oh, and I am getting blisters on the bottom of my feet where my toes connect to my foot.... How can I make that stop? I need my feet to be in good shape for the treadmill. I have flat veet..very flat. I wonder if that is making the difference....
