Hi! I am 22 and a senior in college. There are many reasons why I want to lose weight. First and foremost, health! I want to be healthy. My family has a long history of cancer, obesity, heart, and liver problems. I am also ready to look for a serious relationship and start a family. I need to look good and be healthy to do that! I am going to be working as an elementary school teacher, need to look professional and be able to chase after other people's children. ;) It would also be great to impove my self-esteem by losing the weight. I am not going to quit. I need this. My life (health, work, social)literally depend on it! :)

Fish for the Fish-phobe?
Hello! I am quite the opposite f you. Wink I love fish! The two fish that really got me hook and seem to the least fishy fish I've ever had are Tilapia and Haddock. Cod is also really good. As for the Salmon, it sounds like it was cooked wrong. When cooked properly, it should be nice and flaky (same for the other fish I mentioned). Tilapia and Haddock remain my favorites. If you decide to go with either of those, I'd be happy to fill you in on some easy, yet tasty recipes. You really shouldn't have to do much to make a meal out of 'em. 20-30 min tops. Hope that helps.

What to eat when at a Wedding?
My friend's wedding is tomorrow. All the regular festivities, including lots of food that is bad for you. Any suggestions on how to avoid eating it or something? anything? thanks.
