Well lets see....I currently work the overnight shift at a hospital and go to full time nursing school during the day! Red Bull is my best friend and my sleep patterns are insane! I managed to lose 30 lbs and gain it back last year, which I said I would never do. Basically, I need to start over, I need support! None of my friends are working on their weight so I have no one to go through this with me! Its amazing the role that the people around you play! Its crazy that you dont want a double cheese burger untill your friend suggest going to Mcdonalds. I will go there again one day, but for now I need to work on self-control and making wise, healthy choices. Temptation is so strong and I need positive influence...and heres where Fatsecret hopefully will help!
