WhooHoo I cannot believe how the weight is just falling off! I have never done this well. I know it is a combination of Atkins, the subliminal CD and this website!!
Yesterday, I had some errands. I went to Safeway. I always get a Venti Caramel Macchaiato at the Startbucks. I stopped and spoke to the girls there BUT I did not get one. I was not even tempted!!! I did get a Diet Dr Pepper at the check out, but I only drank about 1/3 of it. I had another 1/3 with my tuna salad at dinner. There is still a third of it in the fridge.
This morning I am treating myself to a Mock Danish for breakfast. I have not made those since my little girl was still alive. I used to make them for her several times a week, she loved them!!! I even used to make up a big batch and put them in small muffin tins and bake them up with different dabs of low carb jelly so that she could have a little snack at school.

I am doing very well on my diet. Seem to be losing approximately a pound a day. That is something of a miracle for me. I do have a confession to make. I am not only doing my diet, but I have been listening to a Subliminal CD to call Slim Forever for Women. I listen to it at night just before bed and then again in the morning before I get up. I have been setting my alarm to go off an hour early in order to listen to the recording.It is working!!

The recipes in this site make me crazy. I check for low carb recipes and from 1 to 5 carbs and get anything but.
