I use to be a body builder 10 years ago. Then met my husband and I don't know what happen it started slowing down then it stoped. I have metobolism resistance so with out exercising It's very hard for me to lose weight. I know what to do about weight loss due to my work.
I am a weight loss counselor, and help and support everyone I see.
I am a positive person but when it comes to myself I can't seem to keep my focus. I just started walking again, so thats a baby step of getting back into exercising. I want my strong, sexy body I use to have.
I'm 42 years old and couldn't have kids. Happily married of 5 years and he is awesome. Doesn't comment at all on how I have gained the weight. Loves me for me. So this is my decision to get the weight off and to change my shape. I want to keep him :)
