Ok, time to start up again. Beginning the 17 Day Diet again, for which I am unprepared but will work my way back into it.

Coming off of Bob Harper Jumpstart to Skinny. Trying to lose 5 or more lbs before we go to London on Sept 14. A pound a week would be acceptable.
Last week I walked 45 min each morning before breakfast. It was exhausting, so this week I am still walking but cutting back to 30 min this week and will move up 5 minutes each week until I get back to 45...or more!
