5 full days of Induiction down, 14.5 pounds gone. At some point this will slow down, but for now I'm enjoying shedding the early stuff :)

12.5 pounds down since Monday, which I realize is mostly excess fluid. I can already tell I'm retaining less water because my legs aren't getting all swollen if I wear socks :). I'm still struggling getting enough fats in my diet. My ratio drifts more towards the protein side than I like. Got to work on solutions for that. Don't feel as sluggish either today which is good. I need to start excercising but it's been hard to find the energy.

Trying to get the feel of FatSecret (used to Fitday a lot more but I like the iPhone app). So far I think I have it kind of figured out. I started Induction Monday, April 12th at 285 pounds.
