After a long time I saw my weight below 230. It was 229.5. I steped on the scale 3 times to make sure that was not by mistake. I hope that I will keep loosing more very soon

Completed 2 weeks of Induction. Still not loosing much weight. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
Entering my Food Log here. I will update my Diet calender later
Breakfast:
Egg, Bell Pppper, Onion, Green Chiilis Omlet
Lunch:
1 Fish Fry
1 Cup Goat Curry
Dinner
2 Cups of Okra(Raw)
1 Cup Paneer, Green Pepper and Tomato Curry
I ate some Butter to increase my Fat content in my diet
