I hate my weight; am always trying to lose but never successful. Have been on Weight Watchers, NutriSystem, and 4 other programs which I don't care to mention. My biggest problem is QUANTITY. I hate my weight!!

No Rckc, I don't track/log my food although I know that works. Once I tracked my food for the day and COULD NOT BELIEVE what I had eaten so I know it is the best thing to do. I tracked today and I am going to track from now on because I can see that it helps. As far as my comment about "quantity" yes, I meant that I eat too much at each meal. Anyway, today I joined the challenge for not eating after 6:00 - only drinking tea or something. I am going to do my best to stick to that (but after 7:00 for me is better) and I know I will feel better if I am successful. Thank you.

I just started the challenge which consists of not eating anything (only drinking tea) after 6:00 p.m. (7:00 for me). Looking forward to seeing what it does for me because I truly eat two or three things into the night after dinner. So . . . help me out guys!

But I didn't understand it either. And I want to! I'm desperately looking for anything to keep me on track. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired of trying to lose and keep it off!

Tired
Still fat, haven't done anything. Actually went to a "diet" doctor but after I got home and read all the information on the pills I was soooo afraid to take them. It was truly scary! But I look at them every day and every day I try to talk myself into taking them for a "kick start". I'm so tired of trying to lose. If I could get someone to do a sort of fast with me - just to get started - that might help.
