So my protein has arrived 🎉!! I was dying to try the peanut butter flavdrops.. Errm yuk! thank goodness I got strawberry and a banana one!! Am feeling really full after having one shake already I don't think I'll want my dinner or another shake!!

Just been for a pub dinner, I now wish I had the salad lol! Added it to the food data so it will just show instead of not putting anything, it's a good job I didn't take my phone out, I'd have been checking every item on the menu :D x

One stronbbck feeling gutted but it's my own fault I'm surprised it's not more the amount I actually ate yesterday massive binge about 4,500 cals I'd say easily :( just have to be honest because then there no getting away from the fact when I re read!! Need to work on my craving and not just eating them.. One day off a week isn't helping me need to find a way around this...really have to be more focused on my free time!! Week I am near perfect and then I mess it all up... #angry!!
