I'm 24 and currently looking for work, which is hard when there's next to nothing to apply for. I was never big as a child I was quite small and a small eater up until I turned 12 when I lost my Dad and was getting picked on which is when the over-eating started.
I become a boredom and emotional eater and I was eating bread, pasta, lasagne, pizza and take-away. Then when I turned 18 I lost the weight went from a size 18 to a 10-12 in 6 months and kept it off for 4-5 years until I moved places and closer to family which is how I started to put the weight back on.
I am now ready to get this weight off once again and it needs to be done! It's getting me really down. I've cut my eating down and change my diet but I'm not exercising the way I want to.
I want to get back to where I was my 8st, healthy and fit so I can feel comfortable in my clothes and enjoy when summer is here not resent it because I want to cover up and be able to wear a bikini :)
