6 week diet is over with 1500-1900cal per day and 2-3 training per week.
Weight went from 92-83.6 lost around 8 kg mostly body fat.
New regime:
At least 2674 cal per day (Maintain) till 2900 cal per day.(Gain 0,2-0,3kg per week)
GYM 3 times a week.
1-2 times Bikram Yoga
1-2 times Squash
