Scale hasnt' gone up!!
I see all these posts about how someone had a bad day and is now up a few pounds. Considering that each pound is 3500 calories, I would have to eat
an extra 3500 calories
in my day to gain one pound. Scale moves up two pounds, that's
7,000 extra calories
eaten before weigh-ins. Now... waterweight aside. Considering that I figured I went WAY overboard with what I ate this weekend.. Cannoli, pizza, ice cream, etc etc... but I managed to still stayed close to my caloric intake with a deficit or at least maintenance stats.. so the scale didn't go up. I've been on a 2.6 pound average weekly drop, this week, only one pound.. I'm cool with that... I didn't have a bad day. I just ate...

Sipping on my coffee, getting ready for my weigh in. Next milestone is 262. That will be 25 pounds lost. My scale says I'm 261 this morning. However, after coffee, after getting dressed, heading to the weigh in, also probably just a difference in scales, I'm usually two pounds more at the weigh in. This will not put me at my goal. But. here goes... time to get ready.. ahhhh.. lazy day.. I also ate a LOT of junk yesterday! Didn't go over my calories, but had a slice of pizza and a cannoli. It was sooo good. Still under CICO though, and I'm not heavier today. ahhhhhh... Saturdays!!

Whatever it was... water... ? ... that I surprisingly gained a couple days ago is now gone. Still hoping to hit that 25lbs this week. if I don't... ok.. my planned goal was 25 by March anyway, so I'm still ahead of the game. Just gotta be patient. I've been lucky to not hit a plateau yet.... so... Maybe I'm due for one... Ultimately.. CICO... and it will come off....

Ok, I'm liking the Agave Nectar.. Tried some on my tea last night, got it in my coffee this morning.. More calories than sugar...but tastes.. hmm.. Cleaner.. if that's a sufficient adjective..
