Only a couple more pounds, and I'll have an orange bar with my name. We'll see how much trouble this weekend is to my efforts. A bunch of my friends are all going out for one last night on the town before 3 of try to get pregnant. I'm certain that I'll gain a little bit back, but the nice thing about choosing a healthy lifestyle is that I can keep it up even when I'm pregnant. I don't really have a diet that I need to stop because it could be harmful to the baby. So, I'm hoping that continuing to eat well and walk daily will be enough to prevent me from gaining 40 pounds. When I weighed only 185 starting out my last pregnancy, my midwife said that I only needed to gain 20 pounds. Maybe I'll get lucky this time around and the baby weight that I gain will be barely more than the fat I lose.

I've been eating some of the right stuff, but then eating some of the wrong stuff too. I have continued to walk daily....probably my saving grace.

I'm back up to about 221. Last weekend started a week of "kind of" dieting. Sometimes I feel good about what I know I should be doing and other times I just want to go eat at the chinese buffet...UGH! I have continued to walk daily...which is probably the only thing that has kept me around 220. I really need to get back to eating right. I'm so sick of salads and zucchini noodles. I'm trying to find some variety, with only a little luck. Planning to get back on the wagon on monday. I'd like to lose at least 10 more pounds before getting pregnant....20 would be better though. Wish me luck ;)
