FINALLY I am seeing the number on the scale gradually but consistently go down. Looking great, feeling great .. and This morning I was able to put on a pair of jeans that hasn't fit in quite a while !! Hope everyone else is having a successful journey as well!

It's been a while since I've been on here, but I've lost a few pounds from increasing my exercise and replacing frozen and processed food with fresh ! It's more time consuming to make, but the results are definitely worth it.

Yay , one more pound lost ! Cooking fresh and healthy does take longer , but it certainly pays off . Now all I need to do is get more motivated to exercise ..
