It's been a while since I've been on here, but I've lost a few pounds from increasing my exercise and replacing frozen and processed food with fresh ! It's more time consuming to make, but the results are definitely worth it.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
