It's so hard to jump back on track with dieting and exercising especially when your so close to your goal after losing weight not too long ago. Feels like you can never reach it

I always hear that carbs are the enemy but when it comes to healthy carbs you still hear that phrase. I've learned today that if I don't get enough carbs (healthy) my body gets this strong urge to eat carbs. It feels like your body is begging u to eat carbs to the point where sometimes it wake me up from my sleep, I then grab some Cheerios or crackers to munch on. So if your body does that how are carbs the enemy?

Thanksgiving is this Thursday and I'm debating to go to the dinner or not lol I have to avoid the food or I know that i will over eat :( I lost 77 pounds so far but have to work harder for the last 40
