I always hear that carbs are the enemy but when it comes to healthy carbs you still hear that phrase. I've learned today that if I don't get enough carbs (healthy) my body gets this strong urge to eat carbs. It feels like your body is begging u to eat carbs to the point where sometimes it wake me up from my sleep, I then grab some Cheerios or crackers to munch on. So if your body does that how are carbs the enemy?
