Have been off diet for a while. Recently went on the Princess Cruise Diet. Now I am going to try my luck with my best buddy a.k.a my wife, at Goodlife. We are cutting out carbs and seriously revising our eating schedules: main meal at breakfast time, salad and legumes at lunch, and salad and cereal at night after the gym.

Have had some ups and downs regarding intake and resultant weight. I went down to 236 on Saturday, but have decided not to record that, since it was the result of rigorous exercise doing home improvements. Therefore it is an artificial blip.
Main thing is I've been avoiding carb laden food as much as possible i.e. no bread, spaghetti, potatoes or rice.
