Have lost weight consistently during the last four months.
Not sure how to adjust my food intake. Exercising a lot!

Following a 1200 calorie plan, with plenty of protein, lots of veggies and fruits, good carbs.
Have only had wine a couple of times. Pretty good. Not hungry at all.
Way to go me!

I finally lost some weight. I also had my Body fat percentage go down. Doing pretty good.

Have not weighed yet. I want to see progress, lots of progress, but if I look at the scale and there is no change I am going to scream.
I like entering all my food and seeing how much of each group I managed to eat. It is amazing how much fat there is in foods. I have always loved cream cheese, don't eat a lot of it, but so much fat!

I have been doing better with my calories and protein intake.
Making my plate all about the veggies, and the protein, carbs as a treat. Snacking on watermelon, yummy!
Working out. Today we start track trainings with WCRR. I always dread getting there, but when I am done I feel very proud of myself.
Must weigh this week. I hope it shows some progress. Any progress.
Also our wellness coach comes back next week, I would like to see my BF percentage go lower.
