There are many days in life that seem ordinary but really define who we are. Small things that make us pause as individuals and know that no matter what action we take it will shape our futures.
I have been addicted to food for many years as a substitute for speaking my mind.
I have had more love affairs than Elizabeth Taylor.
Yet in the last 5 years between learning who I am when I stand alone, and re-evaluating food in my life I have learned that daily choices to be healthy, both emotionally and physically are the key to long term success.
Its knowing that the word exception means once in a long while, not once a week and that scheduling can make the OCD heart maintain its perfect beauty.
