Hi Everyone....I had my VSG on 10/18/2012 at an all time high weight of 287.4 lbs. As of today, 06/12/2013 I have lost down to 189.6 lbs...which is good....BUT...I have lost my focus and need to recommit to myself and my journey. Oh...and I also follow Atkins...more or less...due to a sensitivity to wheat and dairy. So please feel free to add me as a buddy and we can do this journey as friends.
