Here we are back again in the days after the holidays- feeling fat, despite actually exercising.

I don't know if 113 is ever reachable again.

Recorded everything. Didn't feel hungry. Just made different choices when snacking. Lost the 2 lbs that were holding on for the last 2 weeks!

Was not hard today to go forward with the diet. Recording is tough.... however, it helps keep track of all that excess snacking which is the culprit.
