South Beach helped re-calibrate hunger levels, etc. Weight now fluxuates between 112.6 and 113.6 Very happy. Think I could go down a couple more lbs but will wait and see. Will do South Beach again once more before vacation to see if I can drop a couple more.

Continuing with South Beach, have been on stage 2 now. Feel great. Only have lost 1.5 more lbs in 2 weeks, I think I may be stabilized. I noticed a huge drop in appetite, I must really have been overeating.
