Fell off the wagon yesterday afternoon and ate an ice cream at work and then Opa Fries for dinner, gained a bit as a result. Ah well, today is a new day.

Today's Measurements:

Weight: 172 lb (Loss to date: 38 lb)
Bust: 35.5" (36.25)
Waist: 35.5" (37)
Hips: 44.5" (44)
Left thigh: 24.5" (25)
Right thigh: 24.5" (24.25)
Left calf: 16.75" (16.75)
Right calf: 16.25" (16.75)
Left upper arm: 11" (11)
Right upper arm: 11" (11)

I guess I must have been pretty bloated last time I measured but I think I suspected that at the time. :)

I'm going to start looking pregnant if all that padding round my hips doesn't start to shift along with everywhere else!

My goal for the next week is to get down to the 'real' 169 lbs. For exercise this week, I think I will take a stroll round Prince's Island on Friday before or after I go to this week's free movie at the Knox; Walk to the library and back on Saturday; and maybe have a wander round the zoo on Sunday. Plus, you know, housework. It counts. My WW book says so. :P
