Official montly weigh in at the gym - Down 2.2lb. Lost inches (well... partial inches) from everywhere but arms (where I have increased muscle) for the first time since I started recording measurements last August!

Actually, the start weight is from December 7th (1 week ago today) when I weighed in and got my measurements done at the gym. So loss = 2.4lb this week.

Training session today felt good but it was lower body only. Got two more this week (Upper body and Core) and then... figure out how to put it all together!! (And still have time to cook, study, do housework, socialize, and do all that other boring 'life' stuff!)Wonder how I'll feel tomorrow... and by the end of the week!

First personal training session tomorrow at 5pm, Westbrook Mall SpaLady. 12 lb in one month? Could it be possible? All my clothes would fall off even more than they do already, but at least I now have money to buy *new* clothes...
