Did a workout with 10sec breaks .. a total of 30 sets weight training .. i stretched as well as had a steam bath .. feeling refreshed.

I have started a no-carb diet, a week ago; i feel very good about it, however its a nightmare not to have sugar in coffee, so thats the one thing i compromised on. I need my timmy's coffee in the morning before i kick off work.
