currently participating in a 12 week one meal a day plan and six days of working out! Not sure how it will end but enjoying food with no real restriction other than portions is a welcome relief.

I'm going back and forth about training early in the morning. My reservation - the time of day. I probably need to go at 4 AM. I think this is a test to see how bad I want this.
