OMAD with anywhere from 20 to 24 hour fasting is working. Thanks Chess. Being sick has helped too. Insert sarcasm. Man, I want this to be over. The coughing, pleurisy and sore throat. Enough is enough. Have call to doctor to figure out how much longer and if anything else needs to be done.

My weight went up due to water retention. Definitely not what I have been eating because I have been sick. No appetite. Think I can eat then start and my stomach says nope. I am feeling better today than I have but I still have congestion in chest and coughing. 2 different antibiotics, plenty of water and rest, after almost two weeks you would think I would have this thing kicked. Have a good day everyone .
