New Challenge!! I'm a Kentucky boy. Louisville to be exact. Home of the Derby. No matter where I live I don't miss going home for Derby. Sooo..I'm thinking...hey...why not go home a better version of yourself?? And instantly this challenge appeared out of nowhere...here it is... it's 6 weeks til Derby, I have 35 lbs to lose to be under 200 lbs for the first time in 5 years...my new and current goal is to drop the 35 lbs before Derby Saturday...this gives me 6 weeks...I have to name my challenge...It will be called...30 before Derby...#30beforeDerby

My own personal blend of the principles of Atkins and the A.B.S. diet. Low carb, carbs front loaded and eaten earlier in the day, such as breakfast and lunch, none at dinner or at night. Maximum 1500 Calories in a day.
