Long time since I been on here!! No computer access and a wack phone will do that to ya. Anyway..I HAVE been on the grind health wise..working out consistently and making sure that I'm eating all of the right things, but I have my moments where I have pizza, fries, etc...just in moderation and not very often...I'm excited to be just 10 lbs away from being under 200 lbs for the first time in about 6 years...#niiiice....and even better, I'm 29 lbs away from losing a total of 100 lbs since the new year began...I'm learning that most of the battle with weight loss and adapting a healthier lifestyle is MENTAL!! This is truly a battle that is won or lost in the MIND first and foremost!! If you think you can you are right..if you think you can't you are right..#doit
