best breakfast?
A poached egg on toast with 50 to 60g of poached trout is yummy, and I always have fruit beforehand, or a breaky omelette of one lean rasher of bacon, two eggs and a portion pot 0f light cheese, cream, about two teaspoon is great with a slice of spelt toast.
