Retired professional woman. At my all time high weight, after having,in last 3 years, added 26 lbs to my small frame and low level of activity! Finally have gotten serious about losing weight. My aim is 1200 calories a day and I am doing it, even though this program says I should do 1700 - that is way too much for me to lose weight. Am strictly counting calories, drinking water. Light walking is my activity as I have a knee problem. Look forward to keeping this diary!
