Today is the first day in three months that I am craving refined carbs. I am not sure why...the weather maybe? Most "comfort foods" are refined carbs...for me anyways! LOL! but I WILL NOT cave. I have avoided sugar and refined carbs for this long and I can continue to do that from here on out.

:-( a LITTLE HIGH ON THE CARBS BUT I HAD A ROUGH DAY!
NEED TO WORK ON THE PROTEIN INTAKE. I JUST WASNT IN THE MOOD FOR MY SHAKE AND THATS WHERE I GET THE MOST PROTEIN WITH THE LEAST CARBS/CALORIES....TODAY IS A NEW DAY!

I am way beyond Frustrated but I am not giving up! LOL! It's only been one week since I started carb cycling but I haven't lost any weight. I would expect to be at least down ONE pound. I am going to keep it up all through the month and if nothing by November then I am going back to the BFC. I just hit a plateau and am trying to break it. This sucks! I want to get to my goal now already! LOL!
I still do feel much better though. I have been having a hard time keeping all of my macronutrients within the proper numbers. It's hard!
Some days are easier than others but most days I come in too high in the fats and too low in protein. I have to work on that.
