Hey!
Well I decided to join the site so that I can be held accountable for everything that goes into my stomach! This way I will have to really come to terms with what I eat and see it in print and share it with others.
I am not really overweight per se but I would like to drop about 10-15 lbs and most importantly TONE what I have.
I realize that exercise is a must and to be honest with you THAT is where I fail miserably.
If I exercise, the dieting comes easy because I don't want to throw all my hard work away! It becomes natural to want to put good things into my body....and strangely enough, my body craves things that are healthy. SO...that being said, i am also going to have to get myself back to the gym. I don't know why it's so hard for me. It never used to be!
I used to model up until about a year ago and I did quite a bit of artistic nudes that requires me to have total body confidence. I had it and I loved it! But I somehow let it go....I am here to get my groove back! LOL!

Calorie Breakdown
Hi Meeshi!
Well...that all depends on what diet you are on! There are so many out there and everyone responds to certain diets better.
If you are on a low carb diet, you would only want about 25% of your total calories to come from carbs with about 40% from protein and about 35% from Fat *but make them HEALTHY fats like nuts*
If you are on something like the South Beach Diet then it's 40% carbs with 30% fat and protein.
I am doing the Belly Fat Cure now and that is just no more than 15grams of sugar a day and only about 120 grams of carbs. No restrictions on calories but when you watch the sugar and the carbs, you are forced to eat better and the calories tend to stay within 1200-1400 per day! Perfect for me. SO fat so good! I have lost 8 lbs in 12 days!
Hope this helped Smile
