Another week of a half-flu and I hit another mini-marker. Now to keep it off! My clothes fit better, my stomach has lost some because it feels different when I sit leaned over. Feels great to finally have some change in my body.

Still sick and nothing tastes the same, I'm kinda hungry but don't have the desire to eat. Only a bad cold but sure is wrecking havoc.

I BROKE 200!!! I BROKE 200!!! I BROKE 200!!! I've got a nasty cold and plus a 1 day puke virus, but LOVING the scales - nice to know colds sometimes have a purpose!

My treadmill is set up with my TV now, works great on a lazy susan so I can direct the tv to the couch, treadmill, or workout floor space. Love it!!
I'm sick right now, and as horrible as it feels, I love having the smaller appetite and watching the scales drop. Now I just have to keep it off. I'm teetering on the edge of 200 now, want to break it for tommorrow!!!!!

I'm feeling good, I'm feeling ready, and I actually don't always feel good after my snack at nights, maybe I need to really make it small so my system doesn't feel overrun with sugar! Wow, what a great feeling - sugar makes me sick?? How awesome is that! I've waited sooo long to get tired of chocolate, etc. And to allow my body to make it's own choices, what a concept!
