I am disappointed that I didn't lose more. I thought having never exercised or even attempted to watch what I eat that I would have dropped a ton of weight the first week. I'm trying not to be discouraged. I read online that being healthy it takes 4 weeks for you to notice a change, 8 weeks for your friends/family to notice a change, and 12 weeks for everyone else to notice a change. I asked my mom last night when I got done with my workout if I looked any different and she smiled at me and said "Yeah, you look healthy." So I'm just trying to be positive. It doesn't matter if I'm as skinny as I want to be as long as I am trying to live a healthy lifestyle. I don't want to have a heart attack at 45 like my mom. ::Think Positive::

I cheated yesterday, went to Wendy's and got fries. Also, I'm soooo sore from working out. I don't want to move, but I will still do my Zumba tonight. I have to stick with this. Want to lose 3 pounds this week for a confidence boost and encouragement!

Starting a challenge today.
The Goals for the Challenge are:
Drink 64 oz of water daily
25 g fiber daily
No Caffeine
30 minutes of cardio - 6 days a week
Bite it - write it.
My personal goals that I'm adding:
LIMIT caffeine
Take daily vitamin (for energy and immune support)
30 minutes weight training - 3 days a week
I'm ready to get this weight off before summer!

Well, I quit smoking on January 14th, 2012. I have gained 15 pounds since then. I have been unhappy with my body since I had my son, but it was always manageable until recently. I have to do something. I am a single working mother who eats fast food waaayyyy too often. What's a chunky girl to do?
