Anyone know how to print your food journal??
I work at a hospital and our insurance is covering the cost, I've heard. So I don't know if it's something I would pay for. It's a diabetes prevention program. The threshold to be prediabetic was A1 blood over 5.7. I was 5.7.1 so very borderline. It's a year but weekly one-hour meetings for 16 weeks and I'm told it's a year long program...but don't know what happens week 16 onward.
I'm only 4 weeks into it so a little early to tell how worthwhile it is in the long run.
They're very big on counting fat grams and keeping under your limit for the day. It's about awareness, tracking any and all food and exercise.
Honestly, if you had a 'buddy' and used fatsecret.com (which I think is better than myfitnessplan.com...or at least easier)you'd probably benefit greatly. Eat better, exercise more, make a commitment to a healthier you.

I'm pretty computer literate and just don't see anywhere where I can print out a week's journal (for my YMCA pre-diabetes program). I'd appreciate the help!
