I'm officially DONE with dieting! After being on this site for years and years it's so weird. Trying to eat healthy, balanced, and nutritious food in four small-medium meals per day. That's a whole new challenge. But being stable - and under 170 - that's amazing and I can't believe it happened. Now the hard part - loving and accepting my body "as is" and getting out of diet mentality.

I'm at my goal weight and now the trick is maintaining. It's hard because a part of me wants to keep losing, but I know that I've yoyoed so much in the past and if I try to keep losing I'll end up yoyoing worse. So the goal is to stay around 170 for 6 months, and then decide later if I want to lose more. The thing is, there's nothing wrong with 165-170, especially given how much muscle I have! It's just that dieting has been a secret part of me life for so long, it's hard to give it up.
