Going slow. Keeping to my limit. Getting out and exercising more.
I've figured out that if I keep myself busy, I can keep myself out of the fridge. So I'm keeping myself busy with alot of things:
-Remixing a few songs
-Playing a really fun computer game called Last Scenario
-Designing my own computer game
-Learning Python
-Playing Basketball
-Playing Cards
and so on. Let's hope I can keep myself busy long enough.

Well I've dropped 3 of the 4lbs gained over spring break. So far so good. Not much activity this week except monday and yesterday.
Monday was my birthday. Just as I had hoped, we went out for Italian food. Instead of lasagna, though, I had a stuffed cheese, tomato, and pepperoni calzone. It was delicious. Then I had some Ice Cream cake and Italian Creme cake. So it was good.
Yesterday I went to a barbeque at a friend's last night. I managed to kill 12 chocolate chip cookies and 2 barbequed fajitas. I would have eaten more, but the grease upset my stomach since I hadn't eaten food that greasy in a while. I also had a bit to drink. Don't worry, I kept control. I had a strawberry daiquiri was at 5 and a shot of rum at 8:30, and I didn't get drunk.
All in all it was good.

Went over by 645 calories yesterday. Today I've only eaten 912 calories. I'll probably fast for the rest of the day to make up for going over yesterday. After all, I need to crack down harder to drop the 4lbs I gained over spring break.
Looking ahead, my birthday is in 2 days, so I plan to fast the rest of today, tomorrow, and Monday until dinner to make up for all the food I'm gonna eat then. I know that that's a bit of overkill, but on a birthday (mine especially), we usually eat out at some big restaurant. In my case, it's Italian food, so I'm talking about a big-ass slice of Lasagna, Garlic Bread with olive oil, and more, topped off with an array of deserts including chocolate cake, tiramisu, cheesecake, and Italian Creme Cake (my favorite).
Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go launder my drool-covered shirt.
PS I'll weigh in tomorrow morning when I'm empty.
