Yea so I started summer school today. 5 hours in a classroom doing work for the next 6 weeks. All to get ahead. Then I have to work afterward.
Well at least it keeps me out of the fridge.

Revamped my diet the past few days. More vegetables, less fatty foods, and a calorie limit of 1800.
Calorie counting helps, but its the food you eat that will help you lose.

I think its time to lower my calorie cap.....1800 sounds good. 600 per meal. Oh boy....

yea. been at 270 all this time.
Discovered some lower calorie alternatives to what I eat. Even though my limit is 2000, Ima see how low I can get per day. After all, with some of these tricks I learned, I can probably keep under a thousand.
As for exercise, now that I have an iPod and a good pair of Bluetooth headphones, I think I'll try my dad's exercise machine.
