AHHHH! The superbowl killed me.
It started with someone insist that I have ice cream, they paid for it, and it was just a junk food avalanche from there.
But now I'm more devoted because now I see how awful it makes me feel.

Yay! I love this diet!
I'm doing a low carb version of the paleo diet right now. I cut out fruits temporarily until I get down to desired weight. Or until I come across a fruit that actually looks ripe, curse you college cafeteria!
Haha tried rice milk yesterday, turns out my body doesn't like that either.
I no longer have cravings for bread or sweets. I loooove carrot sticks and got some awesome almond butter that i put on cauliflower and other veggies for a snack.
I'm right on track, hell I may even be ahead of schedule.
I think I'm going to have to walk the plank for the keeping track of what you eat challenge though because I don't need to anymore.
I don't have to calorie count. It's fabulous!
And for everyone having a hard time losing weight I REALLY recommend the paleo diet. It's tough at first but once you get rolling it's smooth sailing. You don't have to calorie count. And you feel great :)
You are worth it.
You are powerful.
The results may be slow but they are still results.

Hokay so.
I know that it doesn't look like I'm making any progress.
But actually after Christmas I was actually at 146 so I've actually lost 3 lbs, I just didn't want to put my weight all the way back up to 146.
I'm going to cut out fruit for a little bit and see where that gets me.
I just got some tuna from the store and I plan on having a veggie plate and salmon for dinner.
My workout routine is to do karate Mondays and Wednesdays, and then Tuesday, Thursday and Friday practice on my own and possibly on Tuesday and Thursdays go to the gym with friends.
I feel so empowered and it's great.
I did cheat and have pizza last night, but it just made me realize that this Paleo thing is not a load of crap. I felt awful afterwards, I had really bad stomach pains and felt like I was going to throw up. It's enough not to make me crave cheese and bread.
Now I'm craving fish and veggies. It's effing awesome.
