bp 110/82 today - going to dr. lambert for weigh in:( with clothes on...

ALSO - today is very weird. I didn't take any med's this morning - I just had my shake and no water and no coffee until dr. appointment. And I have v. reduced appetite...I wonder if the coffee or meds make me hungry or it's something else.
Also, my heel hurts - talked to Janie - looks like the same issue she had. I'm going to try the scholls heel cushion to see if that helps.
