Another New Low. That's nice. I like to watch the graph go down. Today for bodyMindSpirit: I will try to do a good 20 minute Yoga routine for Body, Reflect on Frankenstien (which Mike and I saw at Amherst Theater last night) for mind and read some poetry while walking the dogs for spirit. What toxic foodThoughtBehavior can I do without today: I will not berate myself. When I want to make a statement of how "stupid" I am, I will replace it with a statement of how the problem came about, how I will fix it now and avoid it in the future. Physically I feel good, but I was really happy to crawl back into bed to journal after drinking my BileCleanse and VitC, rather than jumping into my day. I am also haunted anxious and sad still, by our lost weekend. And want to make it up.

I am surprised to weigh in at less than this AM. Usually my evening weight is higher than the morning. That is one of the reasons I don't usually weigh in at night. With the UltraSimple Diet I am supposed to Journal morning and night every day, so I'll be weighing in twice daily. Though I do not start officially until Wednesday, I am getting started with the writing as I think it may be a challenge.
Evening writing assignments include: What worked for me today. Chopping up all of the veggies for the week and having some of the last of the Phase 1 meals. I found one last Amaranth porridge in the freezer, and I'm looking forward to having that on my last day before the seven day strict cleanse. I ate some dark chocolate today and will have the rest tomorrow, along with my last Odwalla bar for the week. I think I will do well on the UltraSimple diet, but I don't expect to lose 10 lbs. I've already dropped from 158 at the beginning of the month. I expect I will plateau soon. G'nite.

okay I tried to edit something and submitted it instead. being stressed out is not a physical toxicity so one more physical toxic behavior would be not getting more exercise.
3 "most toxic habits of mind" would be the getting stressed out and over scheduling, self doubt, and self-deprication.
3 most toxic relationships? Not sure I have them. Some of the clients I work with?
What can I do today to truly take care of my body? A good 20 minutes of Yoga?
What can I do to truly take care of my spirit? Journaling for 20 minutes and taking a decent dog walk where I rest my mind somehow in poetry or music?
What toxic food-idea-behavior can I do without today: Coffee-I am less others-rushing
that's 20 so I'll finish up (rushing already) I feel good with energy, but a bit stiff from riding yesterday.
Emotionally: Adrift working on work connections that elude me.
Spritually: Happy that I am checking in and making plans to replenish. Also looking forward to British National theater this evening.

I actually weighed in at 149.6 but I took off for the 5oz of lemon and Olive Oil, and the 8oz of Vitamin C. That seems fair to me. So, 20 minutes of journal writing... hasn't it been 20 minutes yet? My three most physically toxic habits would be: feeling highly stressed, Trying to do it all and over schedule myself (not sure if that is one or two habits) Eating late at night, eating food at work which is poor quality.

Today I start a pre Ultrasimple Diet which starts officially on Wednesday. I will be taking vitamins and supplements and drinking a lot of Ultrashakes. This morning I tried the bile cleaning juice of .5 lemon and tablespoon of olive oil, followed by a super dose of vitamin C. For breakfast I will be having another .5 lemon and hot water, 2 caps of probiotics, 2 caps of liver supportive herbs and nurtients and then a Rice Protein Ultrashake. Sounds good to me! I feel great this morning! Oh and I have to Journal every morning for 20 minutes and do 20 minutes of Yoga, so I'm trying to get prepped for that schedule. It's going to be hard to squeeze that in in the AM.
