The Keto diet is working reasonably well for me, but I definitely see much better results when I get exercise. Any exercise seems to help get me over the plateau. The problem is that I don't get much exercise these days due to 1) being very busy 2) being tired after all of my busy-ness 3) distraction 4) procrastination.
